Mother without money takes her children to eat at a restaurant in Havana: "The bill was for the place"

Anyell Valdés Cruz, an activist for democracy in Cuba, said through her social networks that she took her children to a restaurant in Havana and that the restaurant assumed the bill because she did not have the money to pay it.

Through your wall of Facebook, said that he took his children to the well-known Asturian Center and, although he had no money, his children had the pleasure of eating what they wanted.

"I, Anyell Valdés Cruz, took my children to eat at the Astrualiano Association (SIC), where I had no money to pay, but my children had the pleasure of entering a luxurious place and eating and eating whatever they wanted," said.

"The bill was for the place, because I had no means to pay it. Homeland and Life. No more misery. No more hunger," he stressed.

Valdés Cruz is one of the activists who quartered herself at the headquarters of the San Isidro Movement in November 2020, an action for which she suffered harassment by the regime with surveillance, arrests, and an act of repudiation in front of her home.

In February 2021, Valdés Cruz, who lives with his three young children and his mother in Los Pinos, in Arroyo Naranjo, shared on his networks the photo of a patrol stationed near his house.

Days after, suffered an act of repudiation and attempted eviction by followers of the regime who broke into the vicinity of the house and painted the window panes blue, and wrote on the floor the phrases "Homeland or Death, We Will Victory" and "Long Live Fidel."

All of this happened while the activist's three children cried in terror inside the home.

The house's dog was also attacked. Apparently they tried to poison it, although the animal did not die, but was sick after ingesting something that was thrown at it, as people close to the activist revealed to CiberCuba.
