Urban music is in mourning the death of Puerto Rican reggaeton artist Alexio La Bruja, whose real name is Víctor Alexis Rivera, who died at the age of 34 after a long battle against cancer. Sad news that was made known thanks to the artist Benny La Jodienda and that dozens of his colleagues regret, who took to their social networks to say goodbye to him.
The Puerto Rican artist had been struggling against breast cancer since 2017, when he was diagnosed with the disease. In recent weeks, his state of health had worsened, setting off alarms among his colleagues and also his followers.
Just a few days ago, Arcángel and Anuel AA, among others, mobilized their fans to ask for donations of blood, platelets and plasma for their colleague in Puerto Rico.
Among Alexio La Bruja's best-known hits we find "Take down the house", released in 2015 and which has the collaboration of reggaeton artists such as Daddy Yankee, Nicky Jam, Arcángel, Zion o Ñengo Flow.
Daddy Yankee, Farruko or Lunay, are just some of the artists who said goodbye to Alexio on their social networks after learning the sad news.
