A train hit a tractor that was parked incorrectly on the line in the El Cotorro municipality, in Havana.

Also, on Monday,an ambulance collided with a horse cartthat was traveling on a highway in Camagüey.
No loss of life was reported in the accident, but the ambulance was out of service indefinitely, something that is a serious blow to the deteriorated medical services of the territory and the country.
Cuba registered 6,965 traffic accidents between January and October 2023, which represents an increase of 12.8% in relation to the accidents that occurred in the same period of the previous year, according to official figures.
The almost 7 thousand accidents that occurred in the first ten months of this year left 562 dead and 5,643 injured.
