A young man was caught on camera while allegedly stealing a car wheel in Miami.

With his face half covered and a suspicious attitude, the alleged thief was carrying a cross key and a jack, with which he could have vandalized the car.
In addition to the young women who recorded and commented on the video, the subject was seen by other people who were in the area and who looked at the scene in disbelief and confusion.
