The emotional reaction of a Cuban boy who suffers from chronic encephalopathy when he hears his father sing was recorded and shared on social media.
Aníbal Ferrand, activist and part of a group of people providing humanitarian aid, shared the video on his Facebook profile and asked to keep sharing it until it goes viral.
According to the details provided, the little boy's name is Henry Enrique, he is 13 months old, and he lives in Baracoa, Guantánamo, in quite a humble house, as can be seen in the video.
The baby's reaction upon hearing his dad sing "La Guantanamera" has touched dozens of internet users.
"It was and still is a great joy for everyone here. Tell us, my fellow countryman," wrote Ferrand.
Several people sent blessings to the dad and his baby.
"You are brave, I am crying to see such a loving scene. May life give that family much health and progress so they always come out ahead," wrote an elderly woman from Havana.
"It breaks my heart, what a beautiful child, despite his illness, but may God always take care of and protect him," said a person from Cienfuegos.
"Brother, may God bless your child and may you soon resolve the housing problems, which are much needed," a man wished.
