An accident involving three vehicles occurred Thursday afternoon on Boyeros Avenue in Havana.
The incident occurred at the intersection of the mentioned Avenue with Camagüey Street and left the three vehicles damaged, apparently without any fatalities, according to the photos shared in the Facebook group "Bus Drivers Forever."
Several comments agreed that the traffic light at that intersection had no power.
"I went at 4 in the afternoon and there was no power," commented Lorenleo ChoXsiemp, the author of the publication.
It was possible to observe how one of the cars ended up underneath the pickup truck and also hit another car that was on the road.
The shared images showed the presence of the police at the scene of the accident.
This Thursday, a car from the Metal Forming Company (Profix), in Santiago de Cuba, crashed into a motor scooter, causing significant damage to the electric motorcycle.
The accident occurred at Victoriano Garzón Avenue and the entrance of K Street, in the Sueño neighborhood, in Santiago de Cuba, as reported by the independent journalist Yosmany Mayeta Labrada on his Facebook profile.
In recent days, a young man was captured in the Cuban capital performing maneuvers while riding his motorcycle, causing concern among drivers.
The motorcyclist zigzagged along several meters while driving on Primelles Street in the Cerro municipality.
Fortunately, there wasn't much traffic on that Cuban road at the moment when the motorcyclist was caught risking his life and that of others.
Also, last week there was a serious accident on Boyeros Avenue, after the collision between a Lada and a Moskvitch, leaving the former overturned on the road, while the other vehicle suffered considerable damage.
Days later, it was learned that one of the drivers of the collided vehicles had passed away.
