A Cuban resident in the United States played a prank on her parents that has elicited more than one laugh on TikTok, where the user @china.g.n shared the video of this funny scene featuring her parents.
The young Cuban gathered her parents in front of the camera, pretending to record a presentation video for a scholarship, and they appear while she explains the reasons why they should grant her the aid. However, there are some moments when her parents can't contain their laughter at the things their daughter says...
"My name is Rosmery and I am applying for a scholarship. I am making this video to explain how my life works and to say how much I deserve this scholarship. I wake up every day at 6 in the morning," she begins to say. In response to this last statement, her mother bursts into laughter that lasts several minutes.
"You cut that later," the father tells him, while the mother can't stop laughing at the lie. "I can't do this," the mother says, between laughs.
"I make breakfast and exercise because I am a person who works out a lot. Then I go to work and finish around midnight. I have to support my parents; I have a very hard life. My dad is mute. Right, Dad? It's very difficult for him to communicate with people," she adds, and everyone laughs again. "It's very hard for him to find work because no one wants him. My life is very tough. Right now, we don't have a place to live; we are living at a friend's house of my mom. It's very difficult, right Dad?" she continues talking to the camera, making her parents laugh.
"Am I not deaf?" his father asks him at the end.
The reactions to this joke have not been long in coming. "What a way to make me laugh with Raiza and Tony, oh my God. Your mom is dying of laughter. How great!", "Your mom's laugh is unique" or "What a way to make me laugh," some of her followers comment.
