Cuban woman shows her spacious house with a patio and four rooms in Port Charlotte: "For less than what is paid for an efficiency in Miami."

A Cuban woman in Port Charlotte, Florida, shows in a video her smart house with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, available for less than 2 thousand dollars a month.

A Cuban woman living in Port Charlotte, Florida, has shared a video showing her house and what can be rented for less than $2,000 less than three hours from Miami.

"This is what you can rent for 2 thousand dollars if you decide to move less than 3 hours from Miami," comments the user @m_a_r_i_l_e_y on TikTok, highlighting the advantages of the home, which is a smart house where everything can be controlled from a mobile phone. The property has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, closets in each room, a spacious kitchen and living room, and a fenced patio.

Additionally, the rental includes services such as alarm and patio cleaning, which represents a very attractive offer for those looking for more space and comfort compared to small apartments or efficiencies in more expensive areas. "If you live in an efficiency, you will know the need for closets," adds the Cuban, highlighting the comforts of the housing.

At a time when rental prices in Florida are a topic of conversation among Cubans, @m_a_r_i_l_e_y showcased her home to present Port Charlotte as an option for those who, like her, want to leave Miami and have a more affordable cost of living.

According to what she commented in the comments, rents in her area "vary between 1800 and 2100." "I'm afraid of how I lived in Miami. I was paying 2,500 dollars for an apartment where my children could barely walk. Two rooms in a bad neighborhood, so I told myself that we needed to look for a life elsewhere," this Cuban said in another video, where she assures that in her city there is work, but it is necessary to have knowledge of English.
