Cuban in the USA sends a message of encouragement and hope to the victims of Hurricane Helene.

"For all of you who are in this situation, you have to keep going. This country gives you the opportunity to recover, and although it remains painful, life goes on, and you have to give it your all."

The Cuban @i.am.ivey has moved his followers on TikTok with an emotional video in which he sends his best wishes and energy to those affected by the devastating hurricane Helene, which has wreaked havoc in several regions of the southeastern United States. "I want to start by sending the best positive vibes to all those people whose cars were flooded, whose homes were flooded, and who are now in a very delicate situation," he commented in the video, which has received over 300 likes and multiple messages of support.

@i.am.ivey talked about how hard it is to lose material possessions but emphasized the importance of moving forward. He recalled a conversation he had with a friend, who told him, "If I see everything I have underwater, let the cyclone take me with everything." Ivey admitted that this reaction was understandable since in the United States, everything obtained is through a lot of sacrifice. However, he also highlighted that the most important thing is to preserve life and that, although seeing what took so much work to achieve being lost "overnight" is painful, there is nothing left but to "push forward" and trust that it is possible to recover what was lost.

The followers of @i.am.ivey quickly reacted to the video with comments full of empathy and support. One user shared her own experience: "My house was flooded due to the sea's penetration... we lost things and maybe one foot inside and another on the street"; while another expressed: "Painful, exactly, to see your things destroyed, and true, there are no words, but as long as there is life, we must grow, little by little." Other users agreed on the importance of moving forward, "It's tough, but there are worse things in life, and we have to keep going," wrote one, and another added: "Material things come and go, what matters is to have God in your heart."

The tragedy caused by Hurricane Helene has been devastating. With at least 110 confirmed deaths and more than two million people without electricity, the situation remains critical in many states such as Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas. Authorities continue to search for missing persons, and there are fears that the number of casualties will increase.

Despite the pain that so many victims feel, the words of encouragement from @i.am.ivey and his followers have struck a chord with everyone, reminding us that hope and effort always allow us to rise again, even in the darkest moments.
