A video shared on TikTok shows the daily reality that many Cubans face due to the frequent blackouts affecting the island.

"Here cooking with a Bolivarian alternative for the Americas. Because since I haven't had electricity since 8 in the morning, I have no other option but to go back to how the Indians used to do it, which is with a pressure cooker," she explains in an ironic tone, referencing the difficulties that Cubans face in their daily lives due to blackouts and the lack of resources to cook conventionally.

The woman continues her message highlighting the desperate situation she is in: "If we don't starve to death, it's because there's no other way to cook the food."

In his final statement, he issues a warning to those thinking of visiting the island: "You already know, if you want to come to Cuba, you know what awaits you," a phrase that reflects both discontent and resignation in the face of an energy crisis that seems to have no nearby solution.

In the comments, many users have expressed their support for the woman and their frustration with the living conditions in Cuba, where power outages and lack of resources remain a constant obstacle in everyday life.

"And thank goodness you have a patio and can do that; those who live in a building are out of luck," "What a sad reality," "Everything is so sad," or "Poor people," are some of the comments that can be read in the post.
