After nearly 3 years apart, a young Cuban embraces his mother and grandmother in an emotional reunion

"Crying for strangers is my passion," is read among the reactions.

On TikTok, reunion videos always touch hearts, and those shared by @marlly0000 with her boyfriend were no exception.

After nearly three years apart, he returned to Cuba to embrace his grandmother and mother in moments filled with tears and happiness. “Reunion of my boyfriend with his grandmother after almost 3 years” is written in the first video, where Marly and he walk together the path to the long-awaited hug.

In the second, the message changes: “My boyfriend's reunion with his mom after nearly 3 years,” and there we see him move forward, filled with emotion, towards the embrace they must have imagined so many times from afar.

User comments quickly followed, filled with the love and nostalgia that permeates every second of the video. "Thank God, cherish your grandmother, hug her; that will make her live better and longer," wrote one excited user. "Crying for strangers is my passion," confessed another, amidst tears.

For many Cubans and Latinos, these videos represent a relatable reality, where reunions mean everything and goodbyes are painful. One of the most touching comments captures this perfectly: “How beautiful, they needed that hug already...”

Distance, which often divides, also makes reunions moments of pure magic, a testament that love and family will always be the strongest bonds.
