The Cuban known on TikTok as @soy_edgy has once again captured his audience's attention with his latest Christmas shopping video, where he aims to decorate for under $100… although by the end, it seems that goal slipped a little out of his hands. In the video, @soy_edgy takes us to HomeGoods, a store he describes as "the best if you love home décor items." Naturally, amid so many options, he gets distracted by lamps, paintings, bed covers, and even chairs, until he recalls that his mission was holiday decoration.
Upon arriving at the Christmas section, the real show begins. He showcases garlands, decorations, and even little elves that, according to him, “were a bit scary... kind of creepy,” though that didn’t stop him from taking one home. Among his finds were the famous giant chocolates and chocolate pyramids, which almost convinced him to indulge in a “sugar coma.” In the end, although he admits to spending more than he planned, he laughs off his impulse buying and leaves the door open to share the details in another video, asking his followers to comment if they want to “gossip” about the items he picked up.
The comments are filled with love and laughter. Some suggest cheaper stores like Hobby Lobby, which is "50% off," although he replies that there isn't one in his city; others identify with him and comment, "you always end up spending more than planned, haha"; while one humorously says, "I want to see the purchases, please." There’s even someone who claims they didn’t believe him from the start about spending less than $100: "It was obvious you were going to spend more. It always happens," to which @soy_edgy replies, "there's everything except self-control."
As Christmas approaches on social media, @soy_edgy continues to gain fans who enjoy their stories of holiday shopping and their fun twist that turns a trip to the store into a full-fledged spectacle.
