The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) reported on its official page about the arrest of three undocumented Cuban citizens accused of sexual offenses.
The arrest took place between February 24 and February 28, 2025, when ICE agents, in collaboration with the U.S. Marshals Service, the Texas Department of Public Safety, and the Texas Attorney General's Office, conducted an operation in which they detained nine criminal aliens in the Houston area.
ICE reported that the operation focused on individuals who had been accused or convicted of sexual offenses and who were subject to deportation.
Authorities revealed that one of the detained Cubans, aged 55, had previously been convicted of aggravated sexual assault.
