The renowned Cuban-American entrepreneur Alicia Cervera, one of the most influential figures in Miami's real estate sector, opened the doors to her spectacular home in Coral Gables in a video shared by content creator Robert Sielmann, where luxury, personal history, and a powerful life lesson come together.

"Today we are giving a tour to one of the most important people in Miami, someone who has literally been a part of the growth of this city," Sielmann announces in the video, highlighting that Cervera and his firm have been involved in the sale of over 70,000 properties and the construction of more than 140 buildings in South Florida.

During the tour, Alicia —co-owner and executive director of Cervera Real Estate— shares heartfelt details about her life and home.

"I paid 785,000 dollars, minus my commission, 35 years ago, when Coral Gables was already a very nice area," he comments with a smile.

Born in Cuba and the daughter of a Peruvian mother, she arrived in the United States in 1961. “Thanks to this country, I have this house,” she says proudly while showing an American flag at the entrance.

In their elegant and cozy home, works of art and family memorabilia stand out, such as a tapestry purchased in Paris.

At the end of the video, Cervera shares his life philosophy: “One must take action. When you think of something, you need to do it, because thoughts without action lead nowhere.”

This is not a cold mansion awaiting a buyer. In this video, Sielmann not only showcases the beauty of the house, which is home to a family, but also highlights the positive and persevering mindset that has made Alicia Cervera a symbol of Latino success in Miami.
