Lobster with chocolate sauce

Ingredients:
  • 2 large lobsters
  • 1/4 pound of onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 can of tomatoes
  • The translation of "perejil" to English is "parsley."
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
  • 3 ounces of grated dark chocolate
Instructions:
Extract the crystal from the lobster tails without cooking them and cut them into rings. Prepare a sofrito with the onion, the two cloves of garlic, the can of tomatoes, and plenty of parsley. Cook the lobsters in this sofrito. Add water until you reach the desired amount of sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Grate the three ounces of chocolate and incorporate it into the sauce. Let everything boil for a while, until the sauce thickens slightly.
