Preparation Time:

Ingredients:
1 can of condensed milk 1 small can of cream 6 eggs 1 large can of sliced pineapple For the caramel: 1/2 cup of sugar 1/4 cup of water
Instructions:
Pour the sugar and water into the mold and place it over the heat to make the caramel. (Do not let it brown too much, otherwise it will have a bitter taste). Move the flan pan around so that all its sides are coated with caramel. In a separate bowl, mix the condensed milk, cream, eggs, and the drained pineapple cut into small pieces (set aside 4 slices for decoration). Pour the mixture into the caramel-coated mold. Cover it with aluminum foil and place it in a water bath in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes (or until a knife comes out clean when inserted). Allow to cool and unmold. Decorate with the reserved pineapple slices and cherries.
