Ingredients:
  • 2 small avocados
  • Salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
  • 1 can of peas
  • For the filling:
  • 2 cups of boiled lobster
  • 3/4 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup of ketchup
  • 1 cup of bell peppers
  • 1 lettuce
  • 4 stuffed olives
Instructions:
Cut the avocados in half. Remove the seed and the skin. Gently poke them several times with a fork. Then season to your liking with salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar. Use lobster meat pulled from the shell and the bases of the antennae and legs, known as "lobster tails." It is the best way to make the most of this very select product. Mix the lobster meat with mayonnaise, ketchup, and soy sauce. Add the petit peas and fill the avocado halves. Garnish each half with olives and strips of bell peppers. Serve them on fresh lettuce leaves.
