Ingredients:
8 cups of yogurt 1 tablespoon of salt
Instructions:
Place the yogurt in a container and put it in a water bath for the necessary time until it curdles and sets. Pour it into a soaked and squeezed cloth bag. Let it drain until it reaches the desired firmness. (The longer it drains, the firmer the cheese will be.) Raw cottage cheese can be prepared by simply draining the yogurt in the cloth, without the need to heat it in a water bath.
