Ingredients:
1 ½ liters of broth 1 medium head of garlic 1 onion 1 medium potato 1 tablespoon of parsley 4 tablespoons of oil 1 tablespoon of sweet paprika Toasted stale bread (optional) Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook a whole head of garlic with the onion and potato until they soften. Sauté the other head of garlic, separated into cloves, in oil and add it to the preparation. Strain it through a colander. Cook over low heat and let it simmer for five minutes. Add the finely chopped parsley leaves and the toasted bread crumbs. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
