Ingredients:
1 ½ liters of broth
1 medium head of garlic
1 onion
1 medium potato
1 tablespoon of parsley
4 tablespoons of oil
1 tablespoon of sweet paprika
Toasted stale bread (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook a whole head of garlic with the onion and potato until softened. Sauté the other head of garlic, minced, in oil and add it to the mixture. Strain it through a sieve. Simmer and let it boil for five minutes. Add the finely chopped parsley and the toasted breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper, and serve.
