Ingredients:
- 3 dried coconuts
- ½ cup of raw sugar
- ¾ cup of honey
- ¼ cup of water
Instructions:
Grate the coconut finely, leaving the dark husk that covers it. In a thick-bottomed pot, place the coconut, sugar, water, and honey. Put it over low heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spatula until some of the sugar dissolves and the mixture loses moisture. Let it cook until it reaches a pasty consistency, then allow it to cool for a few minutes. After that, use a spoon to separate portions and place them on a tray or paper. If desired, shape them into elongated forms with a wooden board.
