Ingredients:
6 oranges 2 tablespoons of sugar 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon ½ cup of any wine or liquor
Instructions:
Peel four of the oranges, being especially careful to also remove as much of the white part of the peel as possible. Cut them into thin slices. Squeeze the other two oranges and add the sugar and the glass of wine or liqueur to the juice. Arrange the orange slices on a serving dish and drizzle them with the juice. Sprinkle cinnamon on top and let them rest in the refrigerator for half an hour before serving.
