Ingredients:
6 ripe plantains
8 eggs
1 liter of milk
2 cups of sugar for the flan
100 g of sugar for the caramel
1/4 cup of sweet sherry
1 cup of chopped nuts
Instructions:
Melt the sugar for the caramel and coat a mold with it. Blend the other ingredients except for the nuts. Mix the nuts into the blended mixture and pour it over the caramel. Cook in a pressure cooker for 15 minutes, then cool and unmold.
