Ingredients:
5 lbs of chicken
1/2 cup of oil
1/2 cup of vinegar
6 cloves of garlic
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Once the chickens are clean, marinate them with a garlic sauce made of garlic, vinegar, oil, and salt. Let them soak in the marinade for about 4 hours. After that time, remove them from the marinade, drain them, and place them in the smoker for 4 hours.
This smoker, commonly found in rural areas, is mainly constructed from guava branches.
They can be served with boiled side dishes.
