Ingredients:
- olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 onion
- Bread
- 350 grams of green beans
Instructions:
Put the beans in a bowl, cover them with water, and let them soak for about 11 hours. Drain them and place them in a pot with double the amount of water as they occupy. Add chopped onion and let everything simmer on low heat for about 2 hours. Toast slices of bread and spread them with garlic, salt, and plenty of olive oil. Serve the beans with a pinch of pepper and drizzled with oil. Accompany them with the toasted bread.
