Ingredients:
4 eggs 3 tablespoons of tomato puree 1 onion 3 tablespoons of water 1 teaspoon of salt 3 tablespoons of fat
Instructions:
Sauté the chopped onion lightly, then add the tomato puree and salt. Crack the eggs and place them side by side in the sauce, spooning a little sauce over each one. Let it cook on low heat. Serve immediately on individual plates.
