Ingredients:
4 eggs, 3 tablespoons of tomato puree, 1 onion, 3 tablespoons of water, 1 teaspoon of salt, 3 tablespoons of fat.
Instructions:
Sauté the chopped onion lightly, add the tomato puree and salt. Break the eggs, place them side by side in this sauce, and pour a little over each one, then let it cook on low heat. Serve immediately on individual plates.
