3 pounds of fish 1 cup of vinegar 3 lemons 1 onion 1 cup of oil Pepper or hot chili Salt and garlic to taste
Instructions:
Marinate the fish and place it in a glass or clay container. Add the ingredients and keep it in that marinade for at least five hours before serving.
