Ingredients:
1 pound of onion ¼ teaspoon of salt 2 tablespoons of butter 1 teaspoon of Castilla flour a pinch of pepper 1 ½ liters of broth Salt to taste
Instructions:
Melt the butter and add the chopped onion until lightly browned. Sprinkle in the flour and mix well. Incorporate the broth, along with salt and ground pepper, and let it boil. If you want a more nutritious soup, add egg yolks when it is boiling. You can add slices of bread.
