Remember to have all the ingredients at room temperature before you start mixing. Place a paper in the mold you will use for baking. It is very important to preheat the oven before preparing the mix. Bake at the correct temperature for exactly the indicated time.
The sugar is well combined with the butter, and flour is gradually added until a soft dough is formed that does not stick to the fingers. The zest of a lime and vanilla are added, and everything is well mixed. The dough is rolled out with a rolling pin, shaped into small cakes, and placed in a mold lined with paper. They are baked in the oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 15 minutes, meaning they should be cooked but not browned. They are removed from the oven and dusted with powdered sugar.
