A newborn baby was found alive this Wednesday inside a trash can at an apartment complex in Boca Raton, Florida.
According to the Palm Beach Police Department, the creature was found by two people who were walking near the dumpster and heard it crying.
The event took place around 9 a.m. close to Boca Entrada Blvd, depending on the season WPTV.
Authorities reported that the baby was taken to a hospital and is expected to survive.
They have also asked that if anyone can offer information, contact the Crime Stop Line at 1-800-458-TIPS.
Unfortunately, events like this happen more often than they should. Two months ago, a baby was found near the train line in the town of Carlos Rojas, in the province of Matanzas, Cuba, and fortunately he survived.
