Mijail Mulkay moves his mother with a message: "I have gotten up after a thousand falls and he has been there without judging"

The Cuban actorMijail Mulkay He dedicated some moving words to his mother, regarding theMother's day, and assured that "this woman is so special that dedicating one day a year to her is sacrilege."

"Because of this beautiful woman I am all the good that I am, only the good, because I acquired the bad on the inevitable rough, terrible and hard path. But I owe her each and every one of the best moments of my life, I am an actor also because she wanted to and from the age of 5 she saw that possibility in me and taught me the poems when I still didn't know how to read," the artist wrote.

"Because of this woman I have reached people, I have earned respect as an artist and as a man, I have gotten up after a thousand falls and she has been there, not shaking my hand or justifying my mistakes, but also not judging them, not shaking my hand but yes, telling me, get up, that men are measured not by their falls but by their rises," he continued.

"Because of this woman I learned to never give up and to understand that giving up is not an option, because of this woman I try to be better every day because she taught me that the competition is only with yourself and that the records that have to be broken are only those of oneself...for this beautiful woman and what she taught me it was worth bringing two more beings into this crazy world (my two children) just to tell them that there was someone who fixed my teeth when I was a child just so that I I could smile even in the worst moments, because life is a gift and the best way to be grateful for being here is to not stop fighting to be happy without thinking about the result because the most important thing about this experience is the journey, not the goal," concluded the actor.

Mulkay ended his message with some words even more emotional than his beautiful message: "Never leave, this is not the same without you."

Although he has been away from Cuba for many years, Mijail is one of the most popular and beloved actors on the island. He was married for some years to the beloved actress Jacqueline Arenal, from whom he separated in 2005 and with whom he had his eldest daughter, Camila.

Together they went to Colombia for a soap opera and after separating, both continued their careers in that country. Mijail began a relationship with the Colombian actress Alina Lozano, with whom he had his second son, Samuel.

Currently, the actor lives in Miami and recently worked on the popular series Betty in New York, where Cuban actress Daniela Tapia also works.
