María Celeste Arrarás stars in the first digital cover of People en Español

The Puerto Rican journalist María Celeste Arrarás became the protagonist of the first digital cover of the magazine People in spanish, medium to which he also offered the first interview after his media dismissal from the Telemundo network.

"I wake up with this nice surprise. Thank you @peopleenespanol for choosing me for your first digital cover. I told you that good things were coming because when you are transparent and only handle positive and loving thoughts, life sings to you. Thank you to everyone at the magazine for the always support and thanks to all of you for the beautiful messages that I have read ONE BY ONE," the journalist wrote on her social networks.

María Celeste also dedicated a few words to her colleague, the Cuban Myrka Dellanos, who showed his unconditional support and the honor he feels to have shared the screen with her.

"And I can't leave out @myrkadellanos for his solidarity, your human fiber always stands out," he highlighted.

María Celeste, who has been on the cover of the printed edition of People in spanish On 17 occasions, he offered the magazine an exclusive about his dismissal from the program Red Hot, of which she was host and editorial director since 2002.

"It's never pleasant to be fired," the journalist confessed. "My chest felt tight."

The day after her dismissal, María Celeste got up for the first time in almost 20 years without having to enter into a hectic routine of preparing for her program. Red Hot: "I woke up in a new reality. [Not feeling] that energy, that adrenaline, I suddenly said: 'what is this?' "I started fixing my kitchen, washing dishes and I grabbed my dog and took him for a walk three times."

"With this, my career does not end. I look for other ways to communicate, I have social networks. I have a number of followers on social networks that are sometimes more than any program. Reading your messages made my skin crawl, which is not "Everyone has the privilege of seeing people's gratitude and affection in life as I saw yesterday and in the last few hours I have felt fulfilled as a person and human being," María Celeste revealed.

The journalist revealed that, from the moment her dismissal became known, she has not stopped receiving job offers, which she will calmly review next week to decide what direction to take for her career.
