Miami Beach imposes restrictive measures for spring break

Mobility restrictions will affect access to some streets. According to reportsTelemundo 51, police will use license plate readers at access points to Miami Beach. The police presence will increase and rescue teams and inspectors will participate in the deployment.

Additionally, sidewalk cafes in the Art Deco Cultural District will close or partially suspend operations starting at midnight, and music volume limits will be imposed on properties between 9th and 11th Streets Ocean Drive.

New this year, drivers who pick up or drop off passengers along State Road A1A will be penalized. To avoid being penalized, the designated area for dropping off or picking up passengers will be Las Olas Oceanside Park at 3000 East Las Olas Boulevard.
