Duel between Cuban divas?Ms. Power andThe goddess They are the new protagonists of the controversy in Cuban entertainment. The interpreter ofRica caused a stir on social media after saying that she was considered an idol in Cuba, a statement that La Diosa couldn't help but respond to.

"In my town andIn my country, in fact, they see me as an idol, as a guide to follow. So I feel with that responsibility," said Ms. Dayana during an interview for the podcastOther level.

After her words in the interview, Ms. Dayana shared a post in whichcriticized the attack by a police officer on a woman in Havana and asked for a prosperous Cuba, without violence or repression, words that surprised many, since the singer has been characterized by avoiding any topic related to politics and the situation in the country.

The Goddess, who some time ago came to the defense of Miss Dayana when another exponent attacked her for the success she was having as a result of settling in Miami, said that now she could not remain silent in the face of the words of "Miss Dayanita canallita."

"Miss Dayana is saying now that she is the idol of women, an idol in Cuba," said La Diosa between laughter and amazement.

The former NG La Banda singer reminded her colleague that the first time she went to the United States andThey asked her about politics in an interview, she got up and left.

"You went to that interview all happy, to raise your career, and they asked you a political question and you started to cry and you were not able to defend the Cuban woman. You are no one's idol," La Diosa stressed.

The singer reproached Miss Dayana for always saying that she was only interested in talking about her music and for never using her voice or her platforms to take the side of the Cuban people and women.

"You have spent a number of years with a resounding silence, without talking about anything. The bad people, with the lines, with the problems, and the chicken and the dog and the rice, and you in total silence. The people I even asked you: 'Dayana, are you mute? Don't you have a tongue?' We all remember your silence very well," La Diosa said.

"Here the only onehas spoken all the time it has been me. The only one who has talked abouta million problems from here from Cuba have been me. The only one here who has been censored all the time for speaking has been me. "Cubans thank me on the street for saying what they don't say out of fear, and I don't feel like anyone's idol, so I'm not going to allow you to put on a sign, like Haila did when she put on a diva sign," he added.
