The Spanish consulate in Cuba reported this Monday that The European Union extended travel restrictions from third countries, including Cuba, until January 31, because of the coronavirus.
"Order INT/657/2020 has been extended until January 31 establishing restrictions on non-essential travel from third countries (including Cuba) to the European Union and Schengen area," the consular headquarters communicated on Twitter.
Likewise, he said that visas will not be processed short stay, tourism or business.

The bulletin issued by Spain recalled that recommendation (EU) 2020/912 was approved on June 30, 2021 and indicated the temporary restrictions on non-essential travel to the European Union.
