Holguin airport packed with Cubans bound for Nicaragua

Facebook users assured that a similar panorama occurs in other air departure points in the country.

The avalanche of Cubans traveling toNicaragua with the very clear intention of not returning to the island is visible in Cuban airports that have flights with the Central American country.

The independent journalist, Diasniurka Salcedo Verdecia, published on her Facebook an image of the Frank País International Airport in Holguín in which a large number of people are seen waiting for a flight to that country.

“That's right, we are all fighting for the same thing, trying to escape the country, there is no future here”; “That only hurts mothers who suffer separation from children and grandchildren”; “Whoever can get out of this hell”; “As long as there is a young person who has the opportunity to emigrate, they will do so, despite the sadness it leaves in the hearts of family and friends”; “Anyone who can escape this communism should do so, it is not worth wasting himself in a country where there is no future,” some wrote.
