Shooting at Halloween party in Miami leaves two women injured

The shooting occurred early Sunday morning, when two groups of young people clashed in the middle of Second Avenue and 13th Street in northwest Miami.

The police informedAmerica that the two women with gunshot wounds are admitted to a hospital in stable condition.

"We don't know the reason for the shooting, if it was a matter of drugs, gangs, if these criminals were looking for someone at this party," he said.Freddie Cruz, Miami police spokesperson.

The investigation remains open. The detectives reviewed the security cameras, interviewed witnesses and neighbors in the area.

However, the attackers have not been identified. The authorities ask for citizen collaboration to find them.

The police arrested the person responsible for this shooting. They identified him asTyrese Steven Phillips, 22 years old. The authorities indicated that the arrest could be made after receiving information from the community.
