"Exact moment when you lose the desire to clean!" he said in anotherpost.

Hundreds of Internet users commented on the two publications, outraged by the price of the product, in a country where theMinimum salary set by the government after the Economic Regulation is 2,100 pesos.

"And also garbage bags, of different sizes. The Cuban bourgeoisie has become exquisite and demanding," said one.

"Those must be the quilts that make beef steak, hahaha, let's go for more," a Havana native mocked.

"That mypime is already old, the owner is said to be an Italian and everything is super expensive," said a father.

"Those who truly profit from the pain of the Cuban people. Those are the first who should be exterminated along with the regime. They have no shame, living their best lives and taking advantage of ordinary Cubans," stressed a Cuban from Miami.

At the end of August, the government announced thesale of floor blankets in the warehouses of Villa Clara, in the midst of a shortage of this product due to a shortage of materials for its manufacture.

The profile of the Citizen Portal "Soy Villa Clara" announced that some 50,000 blankets from the textile company "Luis Augusto Turcios Lima" SAREX would be distributed, distributed at a rate of two units per family unit and at a cost of 65 pesos.

In a context marked by widespread shortages and growing inflation,MSMEs offer their products at prices that very few can afford.

More outrageous than a blanket at 600 pesos is selling half a kilogram of minced pork at 1,100 pesos, half a kilo of steak at 1,660 pesos, and one and a half kilos of chicken breast at 1,635 pesos.

Those are the prices of theMSME owned by Mariela Castro's daughter, which offers foods such as meats, breads of various types, fish, seafood, pasta, dairy products and vegetables, at prohibitive prices.

"We have everything you need at Gaia Mercado! From delicious farm-fresh products to canned goods and packages that keep your pantry always stocked," the store promotes.

About 20 days ago, ruler MiguelDíaz-Canel justified the creation of these companies in Cuba and criticized the United States for its intention to turn them into "agents of change."

In a television interview, the leader considered it "offensive" that many citizens believe "that MSMEs are the result of a neoliberal policy."

TheCuban MSMEs tripled the sale of goods and services in the first half of 2023 compared to the same period last year, according to official data.

Even so, the volume of these sales represents only 4% of total sales, the rest is due to state entities, according to a report from the National Office of Statistics and Information (ONEI).
