Miami-Dade man arrested for touching his private parts in front of a neighbor's house and other charges

The subject remains under arrest at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.

A Hispanic man, whose nationality of origin has not been revealed, was arrested by the police of Miami-Dade accused of touching his private parts in front of a neighbor's house and returning hours later to throw a brick through the window.

The arrested individual lived in a house adjacent to the victim's on Southwest 21st Street, in the area of Westchester.

The subject - 63 years old and identified as Roy Rodríguez - was arrested on December 1, although the incident dates back to November 23.

According to the arrest report, cited by the local press, around 1 a.m. on the date of the event, the victim received an alert on her phone that someone was on her porch.

When looking at his surveillance camera, he found Rodríguez "inappropriate touching in a sexual manner" while looking through a window of the house at a girl, the neighbor's daughter.

Police say Rodriguez returned to the area around the property several times and At around 6:45 am he threw a brick at a window of the house.

Roy Rodriguez faces felony charges of criminal mischief, launching a deadly missile, and misdemeanor charges of voyeurism, stalking, and criminal trespass.

Authorities detained Rodríguez shortly before noon Friday at Keralty Hospital. After his court appearance A bond of $15,500 was imposed on him.

As of this writing, he is still detained at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center (TGK).
