Cuban in Miami promotes homemade pastry business: "Everything is made to order"

The candy store is gaining popularity because they make the Cuban cake fresh, when requested by the customer.


Andyoung Cuban entrepreneur, a Miami resident, expanded her home baking business by opening a new location this weekend with delicious sweets in Tampa.

Ena’s Secret Bake They have their first store in Hialeah, but they have been successful and that has allowed them to expand their reach and bring their homemade sweets to the Cuban families of Tampa.

"Many people have asked us about our100% Cuban cakes. We make the meringue because the concept is to give the customer a fresh product. The cake is made the moment the person arrives to order it," said the owner of the bakery.

The young man explained that founding this business has involved a great effort for him and his family, especially the recent expansion with thecandy store in Tampa which has forced him to travel from Miami on numerous occasions. This weekend it was inaugurated and the first days have been a success.

"No one knows the sacrifice one makes to do these businesses without support. I have had sleepless nights, I have worked with a back operation, I have lost weight. Everything I have is because I have sacrificed a lot. I put my heart into this ", said.

The owner ofEna’s Secret Bake He invited his customers to come and enjoy good service, quality products, and freshly made sweets. He also asked people to come to the establishment with civility, with politeness because sometimes, to taste what is good and fresh, they must wait for the right time.

The Tampa location, in addition to sweets, offered this weekend broth, roast pork bites, tamales and other delicious typical dishes that are popular among Cuban families living in the United States.
