The popular actressSusana Perez He assured his daughter-in-law that 70 is the new 20.

The renowned artist, who will turn 72 in May, spoke with her son's wife about the differences between how women then and now handle old age.

The young woman initially did not share her mother-in-law's opinion and pointed out that for someone who takes great care of herself, 70 could be the new 50, not the new 20, but her mother-in-law's arguments were irrefutable.

"I see the photos of my grandmothers from when I was a girl and I have done the math - taking the age they were when they died and going back - and you see the photos, and they are old women: already dressed like old ladies, with little hair collected (...) And I did the math and they were 50 years old," said Susana.

"Think about your grandmother, what she was like when you were a girl, and maybe she was 50 years old, in fact, maybe she was 40 years old," she added.

On May 25,Susana turned 71 years old as elegant and beautiful as always, after undergoing medical treatment to regain her weight with which she managed to lose 20 pounds.

The actress does not let herself fall, she is very constantwith his exercises in the gym and usually encourages women to train regularly and not give in to initial resistance.

"Here I prepare without desire but with the insistence of the monks, every morning that I go to the gym I protest with myself, but afterwards I feel so good and so happy to have defeated laziness and above all with my coach Diego Gracia who takes care of me and helps me," he said last October on his networks.

"So I urge you women to put a gag on laziness. Let's move your skeleton!" he closed his publication, where he was seen executing sequences of repetitions with dumbbells.
