After having finished recording a video clip in Puerto Rico,Lenier Mesa and Olga Tañon They approached a young woman who was singing in the Plaza de Armas of San Juan.
On her networks, La Mujer de fuego shared a video of the moment when they both enjoyed the girl's performance of "Se nos roto el amor."
Unrecognizable by the characterization of homeless people they wore for their video clip, the artists greeted the young woman who at first did not realize that she was the renowned Puerto Rican performer, until she introduced him to the Cuban composer and herself.
In addition to praising his vocal qualities and the value of his way of earning a living,Olga TañónHe took the opportunity to refer to how they had experienced firsthand the apathy and indifference of many people during the filming of the clip.
"A young girl from Puerto Rico, with that wonderful voice here in this plaza in San Juan singing," Tañón says in the video before explaining the reason for her outfit.
"We are like this, we are making a video that, by the way, we have had the opportunity to ask for money and everyone ignores us, everyone looks at us badly (...); no one, no one has stopped us , so that you can see what the empathy and apathy of people is, simply because of how one is dressed they treat you," he said.
"For us it is a privilege to be here and listen to you since we were there recording"he said in the broadcast shared on his networks, before wishing her blessings and asking her the days she was in that square and encouraging everyone to stop by to listen to the girl who "is working honestly to earn her money."
"You're going to hear a tremendous voice, not just any voice, a pleasure," Olga added before they embraced each other and she recommended including Lenier's "How I Pay You" in her repertoire.
"What you have to do is learn that for Mother's Day so you can see," he told her.
Lenier, for her part, thanked her and recognized people like her who earn money in such an honest way.
The beautiful moment closed with the girl singing "I don't have any more left" by Selena, with Olga Tañón and Lenier singing their chorus.
As could be expected, Olga Tañón's emotional publication delighted her followers on social networks, who celebrated her humility, human quality and support for new talents.
