Camila Arteche to the Virgin in the Hermitage of Charity: “Much to be grateful for”

The Cuban woman was accompanied by her sister to the National Shrine of Our Lady of Charity, known as Ermita de la Caridad in Miami.


Camila Arteche and her sister Katy arrived at the Sanctuary of the Ermita de la Caridad in Miami to put flowers on the Cuban Mambisa Virgin.

“A lot to be grateful for,” said Camila in astories published on her Instagram profile along with the song “Canto a Oshun” by Luna Manzanares.

On September 8, 2023,The Cuban actress shared with her followers the request she made to the Virgin of Charity of Cobre back in the day..

Along with several photos in which she was carrying sunflowers, she alsoinfluencer based in Miami asked Cachita, Patroness of Cuba, to protect "today and always all your Cubans around the world."

One year earlier, on the same date,Arteche shared a photo in which she is seen wearing a black dress with sunflowers posing in front of the Hermitage of Charity in Miami.

"May your sunflowers never stop spinning for every Cuban in the world, may your honey make us enjoy the road, may your sweet waters protect us and may your love unite us," he said on that occasion.

The other photo, converted into a painting,I had shared it before in July 2021, after the historic protests in Cuba: "I have always believed that sunflowers light my way. That is why, every week I put a fresh bouquet in a corner of the house. Those of the last few days I have dedicated to the Cuban families who today suffer from the unfair legal penalties applied after the #11J. For them I ask for freedom, justice and light," he commented.
