Two Venezuelans were arrested and charged by police Miami this Tuesday, identified as allegedly responsible for the armed robbery of a Rolex brand watch, while authorities continue the search for a third individual involved in the case.
Gelbinson Daniel Lugo, 22 years old, and Oneal Jose Uribe, 30, were identified as the perpetrators of the crime, which occurred this Tuesday around 3:00 pm, on Northeast 30th Street and Biscayne Boulevard, reported America TeVé.
According to the arrest report, the victims were approaching their vehicle when They were attacked at gunpoint by individuals wearing masks.
Mike Vega, spokesman for the Miami police, reported that when the affected people were getting into the car, “the three suspects in this case approach him and with a gun in hand demand that they give them the watches they had, we are talking about Rolex and it seems that they knew that they had expensive watches with them.”
According to Vega, one of the victims resisted the robbery and was injured due to a blow to the back of the head, inflicted by one of the suspects, but fortunately he did not suffer serious injuries and no one was shot.
