A traffic accident between two motorcycles in Santiago de Cuba left one person injured, as reported on social media.

The collision occurred at the central Enramadas Street, corner of Hernán Cortés, in the provincial capital of Santiago, said the independent journalist Yosmany Mayeta Labrada.

A neighbor mentioned to the communicator that the impact left a young woman, who was riding as a passenger on one of the motorcycles, injured.

"I don't know which hospital they took her to, she just said her leg hurt and they put her on another motorcycle because a car didn't show up," said the neighbor.

Mayeta Labrada requested collaboration for "whoever recognizes the injured young woman" to contact him to provide information about her health status. She also asked the motorcyclists involved to "get in touch to know details of the accident."

This Friday, after the crash of an ambulance against a wall in the province of Camagüey, a nurse was injured.

The accident occurred on Independencia Street for reasons that have not been disclosed.

Also on that day, a serious accident was reported at the intersection of Yagruma street and the road to San Juan y Martínez, in Pinar del Río, involving a Chevrolet and a modern Dongfeng Aeolus, with no reported victims.
