Cuban grandmother after visiting a supermarket in Spain for the first time: "Communism is a p"

An elderly Cuban woman who has just arrived in Spain was amazed when she visited a supermarket and saw the variety of foods available.

Lila, 89 years old and native of Caibarién, is in Tenerife with her grandson, who took her to explore the city within hours of arriving in the European country.

Helped by a cane but with a jovial and spontaneous character, the lady enjoyed her tour, sure that she wants nothing to do with communism.

"You have to take a manual and learn everything that is here," suggested the grandson.

After leaving the supermarket, she was amazed by all the food they were able to buy with just over 50 euros, things that she hadn't seen in Cuba for decades and others that she didn't know.

"Communism is a p...", she asserted categorically.

The grandson of the elderly woman has posted the videos on the YouTube account "I am Lila" since his grandmother arrived in Spain.

On her walk, Lila even met a Cuban man who has an ice cream stand, who was very affectionate and kind to her.
