Donald Trump would not be able to enter dozens of countries with strict policies when it comes to allowing individuals with criminal records after being found guilty of 34 serious crimes including tax fraud and manipulation of accounting records.

The former president of the United States will not be able to access a total of 37 countries that prohibit the entry of criminals, which could complicate his activities in the event of winning the November elections, as he would have to request a special permit and those governments to make an exception for him.

In the list, where Cuba is included, important allies of the United States such as the United Kingdom and Canada appear, the latter will host the G7 Summit in 2025.

According to the World Population Review portal, there are 38 countries - including the United States - that apply restrictive policies to people with criminal records who intend to enter their territory, even if it is for a visit.

Other important nations in American foreign relations that appear are Mexico, China, and Israel.

Last week, Trump was found guilty by a jury in New York on 34 charges of covering up a sexual scandal that threatened his rise to the White House in 2016, which prosecutors considered a deception of the American people.

The 12 New Yorkers who composed the jury voted unanimously, eliminating the possibility of a hung jury in what was the first criminal trial against a former president.

Judge Juan Merchan's ruling will be announced on July 11th.
