Cuban transforms a trailer into a rental home in Miami and showcases the result.

A Cuban man shows on TikTok how he turned a trailer into a home in Miami, attracting a wave of reactions about the housing crisis and alternative solutions.

A Cuban (@davidvasquezz1) has shown the result of the housing he has built with a trailer to rent it in Miami.

In the images, you can see the mobile home trailer inside and out, while this Cuban, who is behind this work, details the cost of making it and its features.

This is a trailer. It cost six thousand dollars. I think it's spectacular, with its door and window. Inside, it's like a house, with a kitchen. Everything works perfectly. The bathroom is simple but large. This job with labor costs ten thousand dollars," comments David Vasquez in the video, where he mentions that this home is designed for a couple and will be available for rent for 1,200 dollars all included.

This video has generated a myriad of reactions among TikTok users. Many of them have taken advantage of these images to point out the housing crisis due to high prices in the Miami area, while others have applauded the result of this Cuban's work.

To get ahead, you have to leave Miami. Miami can't take it anymore, brother. "1200! Mother of God. Miami can't take it anymore. I died." "For a small space, it is well structured." "Excellent solution for many people." "1200 hahaha, what a house costs here in Houston. That's why I left Miami, low-paying salaries and expensive to live." "It's really good, if I had a big piece of land, of course I would do this, it's a very good business." "It's spectacular, many of those who criticize or question it here didn't even have that in Cuba, please."

This type of housing has become an alternative for many people due to the existing crisis caused by the high cost of living in Miami. At the same time, these houses are a business for many people who rent out these spaces to make money.
