A resident of Santiago de Cuba went out last Saturday to buy an anniversary gift and has not been seen since.
The woman's husband, named José Fonseca, shared her photo on Facebook to ask for help.
"Please, since Saturday at 2:00 in the afternoon, my wife went out to make several arrangements to surprise me for Sunday, when we would celebrate the second anniversary of our wedding, and I haven't heard anything from her," he recounted.
"If anyone has seen her, please call 53388153. Please share, I can't take it anymore, thank you," begged.
This Tuesday, Fonseca shared his request again.
"Please, if anyone sees my wife, call 53388153, I'm desperate," he wrote in another post.
The man added that he filed a complaint with the authorities.
Several Internet users recommended that he provide more details, such as his wife's name, her age, how she was dressed when she disappeared, and which area of the city she was heading towards.
