A Cuban dies in an accident between electric motorcycle and bus in Havana.

A Cuban woman died and her partner was seriously injured in a traffic accident that occurred on Tuesday morning between an electric motorcycle and a Yutong bus in Havana.

The tragic incident took place on the central streets of Boyeros and Tulipán, in front of the Ministry of Transport.

Witnesses say the victim was a young girl who was trapped under the bus and died instantly.

Another young man was riding on the motorcycle with her, and he was taken away in serious condition. At the time of writing this note, his condition is unknown.

Photos and videos were shared in the Facebook group "ACCIDENTES BUSES & CAMIONES for more experience and fewer victims!".

Several Internet users claimed that the bus is from Cienfuegos.

The causes of the accident are still unknown at this time.

On Monday night, a motorcyclist was seriously injured after crashing into a pole in Songo-La Maya, Santiago de Cuba.

The driver was identified as David Lesyan Rodríguez Diez, 32 years old. He was quickly assisted by people who had gathered at the scene and they put him in a car that took him to the local polyclinic.
