"Put in the effort": Cuban in the USA shares advice for immigrants in search of the American dream.

Why limit yourself to working for someone else when you can start your own business? That's called the American dream, striving, working hard, moving forward.

The Cuban TikTok user @rope4k shared a video that has captured the attention of many with its profound reflection on the lives of immigrants, especially those coming from countries with authoritarian regimes such as Venezuela, Nicaragua, and Cuba.

In his video, which started by presenting a "short life story", @rope4k addressed the challenges of adapting to a new reality in countries like the United States or Spain and offered practical advice for those looking to thrive in their new environment.

"The skills you are going to learn are not always the same ones you are going to apply in another country," he pointed out at the beginning of his video, where he mainly recommended, for those seeking a new life abroad, to focus on learning skills that are well-paid, stable, and always in demand."

The TikToker emphasized the importance of adaptation and perseverance and urged his followers to invest in the necessary tools and equipment to enter the job market, recommending platforms like Facebook Marketplace to find jobs and start from the bottom.

A recurring theme in their message is the importance of striving and maintaining a positive mindset to achieve the American Dream. "After a year or two of doing the same thing, you have the ability to start a business, you have the ability to develop a company," he said, while referring to the economic growth of the United States providing opportunities for those willing to work hard and learn. "The United States has a characteristic: it is growing. Cities are expanding, which allows for starting a business and looking for job opportunities."

The slow and thoughtful message of this Cuban has resonated with many users, who have expressed their support and gratitude in the comments: "It's so nice to see a young person speaking correctly and providing real teachings, this is not fiction, it's the reality in this country. Congratulations brother and thank you, this will be very useful for those who want it"; "First time I come across one of your videos, new follower from Chile, a Cuban"; "It had to be said and he said it, they don't want to work in the heat"; "Besides being a beautiful worker, it's rare to see young Cuban guys with that mindset"; "God bless you and thank you very much for those tips"; "Nothing better said. You are a young person who will succeed, blessings and congratulations to your parents"; "How happy it makes me to hear you, you speak well with great firmness. God bless you," some said.
